The site has its own secure admin area where online forms are used to enter details of each product/category and upload photos as required.  Their is also an order processing section where details of current and processed orders can be viewed together with payment details.

S.O.S understand the importance of ease of use and will design a shopping cart system with an icon on the screen at all times in order that the user can access order information at any time, such as the quantity of items ordered so far and total cost of the order. The user will also have the opportunity to delete items if a mistake has been made or if they have changed their minds.

All products and order information will be stored in a database and password-protected sections can be developed to enable you to access any of the information stored in the database at any time. This information can be invaluable for the monitoring of orders or for marketing purposes.

A section can also be developed for the user to view the status of order(s) placed.

We will help you to set up a Merchant account if necessary and can offer the option of real-time transaction processing which will offer your customers piece of mind as this is the most secure method of credit-card processing.  Alternatively we can integrate the website with PayPal with no need for a Merchant account - all that is required is a current PayPal account which we can help you set up.
